This play-based program prioritizes creativity in the music learning process. Children will engage in fun and playful games geared toward developing musicianship skills as listening, singing, moving, playing instruments, improvising and composing. Children will also develop skills on their instruments. This workshop is designed for a child that is ready to learn an instrument or already plays one at a beginner level. The below questions will help assess if your child is ready:
Does your child know a lot of tunes?
Does your child sing known or made up tunes often?
Does your child yearn to play an instrument or already play one?
Does your child have the physical readiness to play their desired instrument?
Does your child have the desire/patience/focus for 15-20 minute increments of direct instruction?
If the answer to the above is yes, then your child will be a great match! If you’re unsure, please reach out and we can help you assess readiness. Email us at mynoiselab at gmail dot com
